By accessing or using PicSweep – Photo Cleaner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PicSweep is a photo management application that helps you:

• Identify duplicate and similar photos in your Photo Library
• Review and delete unwanted photos to free up storage
• Use AI-powered analysis for more accurate detection (Pro feature)

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App for its intended purpose
• Review photos carefully before deletion
• Ensure you have backups of important photos
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

4. Subscriptions and Payments

PicSweep offers the following subscription options:

• Free Version: Limited daily deletions, displays advertisements
• Pro Monthly: Unlimited features, billed monthly
• Pro Yearly: Unlimited features, billed annually (best value)
• Pro Lifetime: One-time purchase for permanent access

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing, you agree to Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through your purchase history or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and AI models, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• All duplicates will be detected with 100% accuracy
• The App will meet all your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of photos or data
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
